Diversity trajectory

Over the last few years, the company has implemented different affirmative actions that are part of its Diversity Program. In order to make the workforce more diverse and inclusive, an internship and trainee program was implemented for women, blacks and the LGBTQIA+ community, in addition to hiring professionals over 50 years old.

In order to prepare leadership, the “Inclusive Leadership Trail” was carried out, with meetings that dealt with different unconscious biases, non-violent communication and the literacy of the diversity cuts, building a more inclusive management that actively acts in the promotion of culture of representation.

“We are committed to being agents of change inside and outside the company, promoting inclusion and plurality throughout our ecosystem. Our affirmative vacancies seek equal access to our opportunities, increasing the representation of minority groups in our culture”, comments Silvana Cruz, head of Culture and Diversity at Plusoft.

With all the actions and initiatives put into practice so far, Plusoft has 39,52% of women in the workforce; 41,77% of female leadership presence and held admissions of 29,1% of people of color and 8% of the LGBTQIA+ community in the last year. By 2025, the goal is to increase these numbers and make the company even more diverse and inclusive.
