Ethics and Integrity

As a relevant entity in the Information Technology sector, ABES once again anticipated itself to comply with the principles and requirements of the new Brazilian Anti-Corruption Law, Law 12.846 / 13, and updated its Code of Ethics and Conduct and established a Policy of Interaction with Public Agents.

Based on these two important documents, ABES reformulated its internal routines, created the position of Compliance Officer and provided a Independent External Reporting Channel.

This one Integrity Program must be respected by all ABES Associates, Counselors, Directors and other Employees, who undergo annual training. Third-party service providers for ABES are also instructed on the good practices required by the entity.

To learn more about the ABES Integrity program, see the article on here.

Associates are encouraged to develop their own integrity programs, which may be based on the documents made available by ABES below, and invited to join the An Ethical Company Program.
