ABES puts at your disposal its 36 years of experience in the information technology sector, covering several areas: as legal, tax, regulatory, LGPD, market data, government funding and financing, complete compliance structure, in addition to providing certificates and access to health, dental, life and cyber insurance plans.
Membership step by step

Membership fee
- R$ 99.00 – for companies from group I to IV (up to R$ 10 million declared revenue)
- R$ 258.00 – for companies in group V and above (above R$ 10 million declared turnover)

Associative Contribution
The contribution is intended to maintain the services provided by ABES to its members and also allows the carrying out of various campaigns, dissemination of information to the press and all other activities essential to the strengthening of the software market in Brazil.
The ABES Affiliation Policy provides that the amount of the monthly contribution due by the associated companies is directly related to the company's total annual revenue, declared in the affiliation proposal.
The monthly contribution is readjusted annually, according to criteria established by the Executive Board and ratified by the Deliberative Council, when presenting the annual budget. The readjustment is applied to all associates, regardless of the company's affiliation date to the entity.
From time to time, ABES reframes the contribution range of associates, based on direct information from companies or other sources, taking into account the new level of total annual revenue.
Below is the amount of the current monthly contribution for 2023 (from May), according to the company's total annual revenue (in R$).
- Track I – less than R$ 360,000.00 – R$ 129.00.
- Track II – from R$ 360,000.01 to R$ 2,000,000.00 – R$ 273.00.
- Track III – from R$ 2,000,000.01 to R$ 3,600,000.00 – R$ 585.00.
- Range IV – from R$ 3,600,000.01 to R$ 10,000,000.00 – R$ 887.00.
- Track V – from R$ 10,000,000.01 to R$ 50,000,000.00 – R$ 1,379.00.
- Track VI – from R$ 50,000,000.01 to R$ 500,000,000.00 – R$ 2,106.00.
- lane VII – from R$ 500,000,000.01 to R$ 1,000,000,000.00 – R$ 3,159.00.

Available on the ABES Portal, this is an important channel for generating business and marketing opportunities targeted at members. It is a tool that allows all visitors to find associated companies to provide services and partnerships, through a search system by company, solution, service or market.
ABES RELATIONSHIP CENTER
An interactive communication channel to disseminate, answer and direct all requests, doubts, suggestions, opinions and criticisms from members and other audiences that come into contact with the entity. The center also acts as a radar of perceptions and needs, generating valuable information for ABES 'action planning, improvements in its services and in its contribution to the sector.
DOCUMENTATION CENTER (CEDOC)
ABES department that preserves more than 25 years of history in the sector, including historical documents, national and international legislation, contract models, campaigns for the defense of industrial property and various other subjects.
ABES COMMITTEES
Formed on the initiative of member companies, which rely on ABES legal, institutional and infrastructure support to articulate actions in defense of the sector's interests, such as intellectual property and tax issues, among other topics.

LEGAL DEPARTMENT - OPERATION
The ABES Legal Department serves daily at the entity's headquarters from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays it also opens from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

Qualified analysis and guidance of the main laws that affect the activities of members. They deal with legal matters of direct interest to those who operate in this market, such as labor, tax and intellectual property issues. They are available on the portal and sent by email.

ABES establishes partnerships with companies that provide facilities to associates in legal advice, discounts on legal fees, electronic waste management and other advantages.

Conducting and disseminating research and studies on various aspects of the software market that contribute to the development of the associates' businesses.
HEALTH INSURANCE
The Assistance Box of Software Companies and Complementary Services in Brazil (CAESBRA), stimulated by ABES, enabled a partnership with Seguro Saúde Bradesco, for the benefit of software companies in reducing costs and offering quality services. With this benefit, ABES members can save up to 40% in healthcare costs, with national coverage. The savings are provided by the fixed value of each life.
DENTAL PLAN
ABES, in partnership with CAESBRA, made the MetLife dental plan viable, which offers coverage for the main dental specialties, through an extensive network accredited throughout the country, in addition to ease of approval of treatments, national travel assistance and discount on medicines.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY DEFENSE PROGRAM
This is one of the pillars of ABES, which is the subject of the struggle to defend the rights of software developers. This program includes educational campaigns, preventive actions and even lawsuits filed by ABES in defense of the interests of its members, in addition to the entity's participation in processes of seizure of pirated copies of programs conducted by government agencies.
