Locaweb and BRQ Digital Solutions sign a partnership to expand business

Objective is to improve the user experience and increase the level of customer satisfaction

Locaweb, one of the pioneers in Business to Business (B2B) solutions for the digital transformation of businesses in Brazil, signed a strategic partnership with BRQ Digital Solutions, to develop the modernization of the company's hosting platform.

Through its Experience Agency – center of excellence that unites Strategic and Product Design, Research and Digital Marketing with technology – BRQ started with a deep diagnosis of the main product journeys and connections for the design of a new technology architecture for the Locaweb.

BRQ acted in the complete cycle of this transformation, from the co-creation phase, strategy deployment, conception and design of the solution, passing through the development and implementation, to monitoring the efficiency of the solution. “Applying our combined expertise, we are materializing each MVP (minimum viable product) designed, testing the hypotheses raised and promoting continuous improvement of the new solution. The objective is to enhance the end customer's experience and accelerate Locaweb's business by combining strategic design with data intelligence,” explains Pablo Moura, CTO and Head of Design and Digital Marketing responsible for the Experience Agency at BRQ Digital Solutions.
