In 2021, 14% of the company's revenue came from international business

After closing 2021 with new partnerships in El Salvador and Bolivia, Digitro Technology projects growth in its international business for the next year. The company's goal is to grow 42% in revenue in 2022 in contracts signed with customers outside Brazil. Currently, the company is present in eleven countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. There are currently active sales channels in Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia and El Salvador. In 2021, 14% of Dígitro's revenue came from international business.

According to the International and Strategic Business Executive, Adriano Dias, the company has repositioned its strategy in international markets. “We no longer have branches in other countries. We operate through distribution and resale channels, that is, allied companies that sell and deliver to the final customer with the support of Dígitro from Brazil,” he says. He explains that a company more inserted in the culture and in the local context is better able to deliver a solution that adheres to the reality of its customers and, therefore, is more effective.

Devalued exchange helps in international insertion

The depreciated real against the dollar is a variable that has helped Dígitro to enter other markets. In addition, Dias believes that another strategy that proves to be very efficient is to respect and attend to the specificities of customers, a characteristic of companies and institutions inserted in the knowledge economy.

“We have knowledge-based technology. Our products are versatile and work for different segments”, he says. According to him, the products have interfaces that adapt to the local language. The solutions work by modules that can be coupled to different solutions existing in customers or offered by international partners, forming a more robust solution.
