Using natural resources in a balanced way, fighting corruption, eliminating practices that contribute to climate change, promoting human rights and equality, offering quality education are some of the many actions that are part of this agenda.
ABES has shown its associates and society the effective importance of ESG policies and actions in its business strategies, as well as the relevance of measuring results, and is mobilizing the business community to adopt and promote good corporate practices.
As part of its purpose, ABES joined the Brazil Network of the Global Compact, linked to the UN Global Compact, the world's largest corporate sustainability initiative. We seek to benefit and involve our associates and society in order to walk together in the same direction.
ABES' performance and its services, since its foundation in 1986, are aligned with several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact, universally accepted in the areas of human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption.

About the UN Global Compact Brazil Network
Created in 2003, Rede Brasil responds to the headquarters of the Global Compact, in New York, and presides over the Council of Local Networks in Latin America. The projects carried out in the country are developed through International Programs and das Action Platforms (Action for Water, Action for Sustainable Agro, Action for Human Rights, Action for Climate, Action against Corruption, Action for the 17 Sustainable Development Goals and Action to Communicate and Engage).
