The associate VTI from Ceará won the ISO 20000 certification, one of the most important quality seals in the world for the technology sector. With the recognition, it becomes part of a group composed of less than 50 Brazilian IT companies that have achieved a high degree of excellence in their services.

Certified by the APM Group, an international certification organization, ISO 20000 was created in 2005 and considers a series of quality criteria, which involve practically the entire functioning of an IT company: general requirements for a service management system, project and transition of new or modified services, service delivery processes, relationship processes, resolution processes, and control processes.

For Georgia Braide, executive director of VTI, the achievement of ISO 20000 is the result of a permanent process of investment by the company in quality. "We had already acquired maturity in relation to international certifications with ISO 9001, another important seal in the market", he explains. In his assessment, this helped in obtaining ISO 20000, because the culture of management systems already existed in the company.

With the acquisition of the new certificate, one of the main benefits for customers is the even greater guarantee that they are delivering their services to a company that is concerned with constant improvements in processes and with the level of user satisfaction. For VTI, the achievement became a challenge: the process of evolution and consolidation of a culture based on thinking about customers needs to be pursued with increasing rigor.

VTI is an integrator of solutions focused on management that develops products according to the needs of its customers. Last year, it was classified in the ranking of the 10 Most Profitable Companies in the Country, in the 2013 edition of the Anuário Informática Hoje. In addition, it ranked 126th among the 200 Largest IT Companies in Brazil in the same award.
