With experience in engineering, products, design, means of payment and people management, the executives will be responsible for digital commerce platform solutions in 32 countries.
VTEX, a digital commerce platform for large companies and retailers, a reference in accelerating the transformation of commerce in Latin America and now in global expansion, announces the hiring of five executives to strengthen the technology team, responsible for solutions for more than 2,500 stores online active in 32 countries. This is Renata Lorenz, Vice President of Product; Letícia Faria, Vice President of Operations for Technology; Anaterra Oliveira, Director of Engineering; Laura Lessa, Design Director; and Paula Fonseca, director of Tech Workforce Expansion.

Get to know the profile of the five executives announced and their new responsibilities:
Renata Lorenz is from São Paulo and holds a degree in industrial engineering from Escola Politécnica (Poli) of the University of São Paulo (USP). At VTEX, his main assignment will be to lead the Product and Design area. The executive has more than ten years of experience with digital products: she led the consolidation of the real estate portal market, at ZAP+, and most recently served as Director of Product and Design at iFood.
Letícia Faria will have as main responsibility the strategic and financial planning, as well as the management of Human Resources and education programs for the Technology area. She started her career at Google, was a partner at Monahsees (venture capital fund), VP Global Human Resources and COO of SumUp. She has acted as an advisor to several companies, supporting CEOs and founders in the definition of strategy.
Anaterra Oliveira assumes the directorship of Shopper Journey Engineering at VTEX and will have among his main challenges working with multi-regional teams and an extensive plurality of topics and markets. She is from São Paulo and has over 20 years of experience in the tech and banking. During his career, he held leadership positions in the technology area in companies such as Nubank, Rede and Banco BV.
Laura Lessa Its main task will be to make the design and usability of the VTEX platform even more flexible for customers and developers, while maintaining simplicity and scalability. She is from Rio de Janeiro, graduated in journalism from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), with a master's degree in Interaction Design from Middlesex University (UK). Laura has already participated in the creation of the User Experience – UX, or user experience, the Globo.com portal and the expansion of the Huge marketing agency in Latin America, in addition to working for three years at Work & Co.
Paula Fonseca will be responsible for the training and talent attraction programs for VTEX. She was born in Salvador and has been working with talent acquisition for almost 15 years and, during this period, she has worked in the most different segments such as technology, NGOs, strategic consulting and the automobile industry.
With these hires, VTEX adds diverse views and solid experiences, further strengthening its team to remain at the forefront of the digital commerce market.
