Through integration with the TikTok Ads Manager, VTEX customers can easily embed their product catalog into the short video platform, install the pixel with just one click and optimize their campaigns.

With VTEX integration and the use of the TikTok pixel, all updates made by brands and retailers to their online stores are replicated immediately across both platforms, minimizing the likelihood of information inconsistencies.
Among the various ad format options, the solution in partnership with TikTok also has the feature of directing users to a private conversation on WhatsApp Business of brands and retailers. Thus, customers over the age of 18 can ask questions about their products of interest.
With the involvement of VTEX's Product and Alliance teams, the go-live of TikTok Ads Manager happened in less than 6 months, and is already used by the brands Connectparts and Rihappy.
