According to the executive, Stefanini's implementation was fast – in a few hours, the tool was already providing the necessary information for many machines. When alerts arise, they already point out where the problem is and how to mitigate it. “That's enough time to call people and solve the issue, and the assertiveness level is 100%”, reinforces the director of Technology at VR Benefits.
