VoxAge, a Brazilian company that develops and provides multichannel customer relationship solutions, was the winner of the National Teleservices Award, in the “IT Solutions” category. The award, organized by the Brazilian Teleservices Association (ABT), came in recognition of the case “Technology and processes walking together in fraud prevention”, developed at the company BR Telemática on demand of Banco BMG.
 
The award aims to encourage, recognize, reward and publicize successful, innovative and consistent actions undertaken by organizations, professionals and employees in the teleservice sector that strive for better support of their product, service or brand, in the relationship with their customer.
 
The award-winning success story was developed at BR Telemática and featured features of the VOS Center solution, a receptive and active service solution with a predictive dialer and an intelligent and automated service script from VoxAge. The project, which aimed to validate profiles of payroll loan applicants at Banco BMG and avoid a high rate of fraud and loss of product profitability, ended the first year with a significant number of frauds avoided and this result grew from 2012 to 2013, at 174%, in addition to doubling the value in reais of the contracts.
