Half of them are destined for and there are opportunities for 22 states in the country

Vivo has vacancies open for its Young Apprentice Program. In total, there are more than 250 opportunities for 22 states in the country. And, reinforcing the commitment to diversity and inclusion, half of the opportunities are aimed at black talents. The selection process will be digital 100% and interested parties must be between 16 and 21 years old and be enrolled or have completed high school.

“We believe in these young talents and we want to support them in building their careers, helping with training for the next stages of their professional journeys”, highlights Fernando Luciano, VP of People at Vivo. With this in mind, the company developed a path that values constant learning with professional and personal development tools, in addition to the company's culture. There will be workshops to exchange experiences and also the practical part, which will be experienced on a daily basis in the area of activity, together with teammates.

Interested parties have until August 15th to register via link .The salary is compatible with the market. Benefits include corporate functional line, medical assistance, dental assistance, life insurance and a birthday day off. Those selected will be admitted in November 2024.
