Half of the positions are reserved for Black talent, and all positions are open to people with disabilities. The opportunities are available in 21 states and the Federal District. Interested parties have until August 29th to apply. 

Vivo's Young Apprentice Program 2025 is launching a new selection process. In total, there are over 130 openings, and, reaffirming the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion, half of them will be reserved for Black talent, and all opportunities are open to people with disabilities. The selection process will be 100% digital, and applicants must be between 14 and 21 years old and enrolled in or have completed regular high school. 

With the holistic development of young people in mind, Vivo has developed a training path that values continuous learning, with tools geared toward professional and personal growth, as well as promoting immersion in the company's culture.

"More than just training, we want to encourage these young people to take a leading role, as well as foster a sense of belonging and belonging. Therefore, we will carry out collaborative initiatives and experiences that promote exchange, engagement, and the formation of bonds, strengthening the journey of these talented individuals within the company," highlights Fernando Luciano, VP of People at Vivo.

The opportunities are for the states of São Paulo (SP), Rio de Janeiro (RJ), Minas Gerais (MG), Espírito Santo (ES), Rio Grande do Sul (RS), Santa Catarina (SC), Goiás (GO), Mato Grosso (MT), Mato Grosso do Sul (MS), Amazonas (AM), Bahia (BA), Ceará (CE), Maranhão (MA), Pará (PA), Paraíba (PB), Pernambuco (PE), Piauí (PI), Rio Grande do Norte (RN), Roraima (RR), Acre (AC), Tocantins (TO), in addition to the Federal District (DF).

Vivo's 2025 Young Apprentice Program lasts 12 to 14 months. Interested applicants have until August 29th to register at link. The salary is competitive with the market. Benefits include a corporate employee bonus, meal and transportation vouchers, medical and dental care, and life insurance. The company also offers other benefits, such as a language program and a day off for birthdays. Those selected will be hired starting in November 2025.
