Half of them are aimed at black talents
Vivo has around 290 vacancies open for its Young Apprentice Program and, reinforcing its commitment to diversity and inclusion, half of the opportunities are for black talents. The vacancies are for 23 states, in addition to the Federal District. Those interested must be between 16 and 21 years old and be enrolled or have completed high school. For people with disabilities, there is no age limit. The selection process will be digital 100%.
“With the program, we want to include young professionals in the job market, training these talents to build a career”, highlights Vivo’s VP of people, Niva Ribeiro. To achieve this, the company will have a development path that values constant learning with professional and personal development tools, in addition to the company's culture. The training will also include business connection workshops and activities to put the knowledge acquired into practice.
