Jones has more than 25 years of experience in the IT and payments sector, and assumes leadership of Twilio in the Latin American market

Twilio, the customer engagement platform that delivers personalized, real-time experiences for today's leading brands, has just announced that Vivian Jones will be its new vice president of Twilio in Latin America. Jones will lead Twilio's strategy, operations and growth in the Latin America region, focusing on the key markets of Brazil, Colombia and Mexico.

Jones has over 25 years of experience in the IT and payments industry, most recently serving as Vice President LATAM at Infobip. He has an Executive MBA from Westfield Business School and several certifications in Big Data, Machine Learning and the fintech market. “I am passionate about enabling companies to harness the power of data, analytics, and now AI, to create more value for their end customers,” says the executive. “We are in the midst of a new opportunity with AI linked to customer engagement. I firmly believe that Twilio is offering the right solutions to meet the needs of businesses. I look forward to leading the LATAM region in this next phase of growth.”
