Trend Micro, a company specialized in the defense of digital threats and security in the cloud era - announces its new address in São Paulo. The move to the modern Ed. Vista Faria Lima aims to accommodate the company's new size in the country.

The new office will serve to support the channels in business meetings and the use of training rooms. Currently, Trend Micro Brasil has more than 4 thousand channels in the country.

And as the growth plans do not stop, Trend Micro starts on January 15, 2018, the Global IT Certification Program, in which it seeks - not only to train professionals - but also to hire new talent. The training - subsidized by the company itself - is aimed at IT students who, in the end, have a great chance of being hired.

In addition, Trend Micro recently announced the acquisition of Immunio (a pioneer in self-protection Runtime applications). The novelty will allow the expansion of the scope of Trend Micro's hybrid cloud solution, through the improvement of the DevOps cycle.

“The new headquarters represents the expansion of Trend Micro's investments in Brazil and the rise of our businesses that have digital security as a major mission. The growth of our team is also a source of pride and shows the efficiency of our programs in hiring new talent ”, says Miguel Macedo, Latam Director of Channels and Marketing at Trend Micro.

New space has fun

The team now occupies the 18th floor, on a corporate slab three times the size of the old address. The new structure follows the global design of the multinational's offices: large windows, favors natural lighting and does not have partitions between the bays, which facilitates communication between Trenders (the way Trend Micro employees are known internally).

Combining privacy and relaxation, the office has private booths for conference calls or quick meetings, while - in a large outdoor area - Trenders can have fun with the pool table, pinball. All of this contemplating a 180º view of the city of São Paulo.
