Action includes new headquarters, hiring employees and expansion of the agreement with the State University of Londrina
Tree Solution, a reference in Exchange, Foreign Trade and Offshore Banking solutions, announces the expansion of its operations in the South region, with the opening of a new office in Londrina and an increase in the number of employees, from eight to 18 people. “This branch also becomes a backup hot site for the headquarters, with a dedicated voice link and online synchronized data, ensuring greater availability of our systems for customers. We are also hiring Java developers, we have five openings for this role”, explains Odilon Costa, CEO and President of Tree Solution.
The executive states that the goal is to achieve an increase of up to 30% in the company's revenue by the end of 2019 with the expansion of the operation in the South.
Tree has been investing in the region since 2016, when it opened a branch and signed an agreement with the State University of Londrina (UEL). Now, university students will participate in the integration of the front end with the back end in research projects, with the support of the Tree team. “They will have a space in the unit to consolidate academic research, which will become products for the corporate market”, says Costa.
The main focus of the Londrina unit is to offer innovative solutions through the Software Factory, Test Factory and Project Factory for customizations and other customer demands. “The factories are all in this branch, with support for the different development modalities, AGIL, RUP, Structured, among others. Our solutions are available in the cloud, eliminating the need for infrastructure investments”, says the CEO.
Since July of last year, Tree Solution has also had a strategic agreement in the region with Softpar, which has been working in the development of software for the financial market for almost 40 years from Curitiba. The companies offer partner solutions to complement each other's portfolio, all in the cloud as a service for the financial segment.
