Developer VCI, which will open eight units of the Residence Club at the Hard Rock Hotel in Brazil, chose TOTVS' solution to increase productivity and customer satisfaction
The group responsible for bringing the Hard Rock Hotels brand to Brazil, VCI SA, announces a partnership with TOTVS, the country's largest technology company, to contract the TOTVS Backoffice – CMNET Line, a system that will allow a high level of management in the incorporation of its real estate projects.
With the partnership, TOTVS and VCI SA worked on an evolution of the solution to the multi-ownership model that will, together with TOTVS' ERP, manage its administrative and financial management, which controls the entire operation of the developer of the resorts signed by the chain. in Brazil, focused on the concept of timeshares.
With the first two units under construction, in Fortaleza (CE) and Ilha do Sol (PR), the Residence Club at the Hard Rock Hotel will also have units in São Paulo (SP), Campos do Jordão (SP) , Foz do Iguaçu (PR), Natal (RN), Recife (PE) and Jericoacoara (CE), which are under development.
“The project to bring the Hard Rock Hotels chain to Brazil will place the country on the international circuit of large leisure resorts, developing new destinations and expanding international tourism in Brazil. The choice of TOTVS as our technology partner for the management of VCI SA processes was a natural choice, considering that the company is a reference in the country in the development of systems and, therefore, it fits perfectly into the requirements of our quality standards , always working with the best brands in each segment”, says Enio Miranda, VP of Institutional Relations and Strategic Partnerships at VCI.
One of the project's challenges is to work with the concept of multi-ownership, which until recently was little explored in Brazil. VCI SA had been using systems that were partially customized to its needs, but that did not fully satisfy. The partnership with TOTVS allowed the development of a new specialized, functional and business-oriented 100% tool. In addition to a great job of integrating APIs between VCI partners, another task of TOTVS was to migrate data from the old system to the TOTVS Backoffice – CMNET Line, which guarantees more integrity and speed to the enterprise's services, thus increasing its productivity. TOTVS' new tool, which is already being tested at VCI for its processes in the incorporation of the projects in Fortaleza and Ilha do Sol (PR), should generate a progressive gain for the developer, which will expand as the brand also grows in the parents.
“It is a great pleasure to work with a developer of the size and prestige of VCI on a project as important as the arrival of the Hard Rock Hotels chain in Brazil. With the partnership between TOTVS and VCI SA through the TOTVS Backoffice solution – CMNET Line, the developer was able to adapt the system to meet its specific needs and increase the productivity of its teams. The result of this is an impact on the end customer, considering the gain in service excellence and process management. This project will translate into a robust product to serve the multi-property market”, says Cláudio Cordeiro, director of the Hospitality segment at TOTVS.
“The arrival of Hard Rock Hotels in Brazil represents a huge gain for Brazilian tourism. To give you an idea, the brand's resorts are collectibles, there are brand fans all over the world who dedicate all their vacations just to get to know the more than 40 Hard Rock Hotels in the world. Furthermore, by applying the multi-property model to the international premium niche in Brazil, we are innovating and professionalizing this market”, added Miranda, from VCI.
