Unit will focus on consultancy for the public sector
Totvs Consulting, Totvs' business consulting unit, starts operations in Brasília to leverage the growth of projects in the public sector. The new office will be headed by Carlos Lima Filho, an executive at the consultancy for over six years.
“The public sector seeks to improve service to the population and reduce costs. The demand for professionals specialized in improving public management, with recognized and mature market practices, and the importance of being closer to organizations that seek this type of diagnosis were fundamental to the decision to operate in Brasília. With the new office, we will have even more competitiveness to expand our portfolio and participate in tenders”, says Denis Del Bianco, director of Totvs Consulting, a division created two years ago.
The consultancy has important projects in the sector, including the implementation of a Shared Services Center (CSC) in the Government of Minas Gerais, which brings together in a single structure the common operational activities of 36 entities and bodies headquartered in Cidade Administrativa Presidente Tancredo Neves , in Belo Horizonte. The expectation of the government of Minas Gerais with the CSC is to save R$ 16 million per year.
Totvs Consulting provides consulting services for institutions in the public sphere: federal, state and municipal, and for private organizations. Among its main offers for the public sector are the Shared Services Center (CSC); Routine Management, which aims to increase control of results; Change Management, which aims to reduce risks in changes in structures, legislation and in the number of civil servants who enter into activity; and Technology Solutions, which aim to reduce real costs, increase safety in operations and adopt best practices through optimized revisions.
