TOTVS, the largest technology company in the country, announces the launch of the new edition of Speed To Hero, its fast learning program for professionals focused on accelerating knowledge and careers. The new edition of the program is aimed at the company's implementation services area, and has 60 vacancies available, 40 for São Paulo (SP) and 20 for Belo Horizonte (MG). Registration is free and open until March 31st at Speed to Hero program website.
The selected professionals will work on the implementation of TOTVS technologies in client companies. Professionals who are currently studying or have already completed higher education in the following courses are eligible to apply: Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering and HR. The skills sought in candidates include good interpersonal relationships, influence, resilience and adaptability to change.
With a focus on rapid development, Speed To Hero involves a journey of knowledge with the support of TOTVS' team of experts. In this edition of the program, the selected professionals will undergo three months of training within the company, in addition to spending one month in practice with the support and implementation services team, where they will be able to acquire greater familiarity and experience with the area. At the end of this stage, the professionals will be effectively integrated into the team.
