TIVIT hires director to strengthen business in Digital Sales

Felipe Kraus has over 17 years of experience and assumes the position of Business Director at TIVIT for Digital Business

TIVIT, a Brazilian technology multinational, announced the hiring of Felipe Kraus to strengthen its Digital Business business unit. Kraus arrives to assume the position of Business Director and will report to Wander Cunha, Executive Director & Head of the Digital Business Business Unit.

With over 17 years of experience in sales, product development, business management and operations, Felipe has worked for companies such as Gemalto, Valid and ThoughtWorks, in which he held positions focused on innovation, sales and business director. He was also co-founder and CTO of Sieno Perfumaria and Veni Perfumaria, e-commerce portals.

"I'm very excited, since innovation is part of my history. I arrive as responsible for the entire sales strategy of the Digital Business portfolio in Brazil", says Felipe Kraus. Among his challenges, the executive will have the role of supporting the consolidation of TIVIT's position as an innovative technology company. "My role is to present to the market products and services that support our customers in their journey of digital transformation."

Felipe arrives at an atypical moment for TIVIT, with 90% of all employees in the home office. Your onboarding was completely remote. "The first days at the company are always important, and even from a distance, I can say they have been very productive. I have a technical background and a lot of experience in sales and digital products. For some time, however, I have been dedicated to projects that allow me to work directly in the transformation of companies, mainly in relation to the collaborative culture and agility. I am sure that my trajectory will add a lot to the current needs of TIVIT", he says.
