With open positions in several areas, the program will recruit students for hybrid work in the company's offices in São Paulo and Campinas (São Paulo) and Criciúma (Santa Catarina). The application period is from December 16, 2024 to January 24, 2025, and the selected individuals will join the company starting March 17.

Requirements
The program is looking for candidates who have already completed at least two years of college or a technical course, with a completion date starting in March 2026. The desired profile is curious, proactive, with a continuous learning mindset and good communication and teamwork skills. English is not a requirement, but it could be an advantage. Interested candidates must be available for 30 hours per week and must reside in the metropolitan regions of São Paulo, Campinas (São Paulo) or Criciúma (Santa Catarina), for hybrid work (2x a week in the office).
The program is open to students from different areas of knowledge who have an interest and affinity with the segments in which the company operates, such as corporate, technology, legal and accounting, in related training within technology, innovation, engineering, applied social sciences, among others.
