The IFC TechEmerge Health Brazil program, a member of the World Bank Group, in partnership with Bionexo, a technology company focused on solutions for health management, has just announced the 21 innovators from 7 countries selected to receive support and financial resources to implement 26 pilot projects in 16 health institutions in Brazil. The matchmaking program, which started in December 2017 and held a major event in June this year, connected technology companies from around the world in a structured way with Brazilian health institutions that together serve more than 19 million patients annually, among them, Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, Grupo Fleury, Rede D & #39; Or, Hospital Sírio-Libanês and Grupo Dasa.
The selected companies, in partnership with the health institutions, are now entering the execution phase of the pilot projects of technologies with great potential for impact on the quality of health care, such as: rapid and non-invasive diagnostic tests, intelligence solutions artificial for genetic examinations and imaging diagnostics, platforms for population health management and patient safety, among others.

In addition to the financial support - granted by the Governments of Israel and Finland in partnership with IFC - the selected pilot projects, scheduled to start in December, will have the technical support of the consultancy company Health 2.0, specialized in catalyzing digital innovation in health all around the world.
