Tarea, solutions integrator, is the new solution provider of Qlik in Brazil. The main objective of the partnership is to expand the offer of Qlik's Business Intelligence tools, leader in visual analytics, for the public sector, Tarea's specialty.
“The idea is to expand our sales force to the government area, and we have the support of Tarea in this mission”, says Luis Picinini, director of Alliances and Partnerships at Qlik for Latin America. “We want to collaborate with the transparency and reliability of Brazilian public institutions. Using our solutions, the agencies can better analyze and expose their data to the population, making a difference in the daily lives of the whole country ”.
Tarea, in turn, was looking for a data analysis partner to complement its portfolio. “At Qlik, we found a friendly, complete and clear solution that can be used by everyone as it does not require deep technical knowledge”, explains Rafael Vilela, Tarea's CEO. “Our knowledge of the public sector and the market vision of our team will be added to the value of Qlik's tools to improve the management of public administration bodies”, he adds.
Tarea was founded in 2009 and serves companies in the public and private sectors, mainly in the Midwest and Southeast. With sales of around R$ 25 million, the company has clients such as ANVISA, BRB and Sky.
