Superlógica partners with Mastercard and Global Payments for condominium payment with credit card

 

A pioneering initiative that helps to mitigate bad debt, reduce operating costs of condominiums and offer convenience to residents

 
Superlógica, the leading company in the condominium administration software segment, Mastercard and Global Payments Inc. (NYSE:GPN), the world's leading provider of electronic payment services, have entered into a partnership to offer condominiums the option of charging the condominium fee per through the credit card. 
 
According to studies by Mastercard Advisors and Superlógica, with figures from IBGE and Euromonitor, this market expects to move R$ 61.3 billion in Brazil in 2017, and now benefits from this convenient payment solution.
 
For André Baldini, VP of Sales at Superlógica, the partnership will bring a series of benefits to the administrators who use the solution and also to the unit owners, who will be able to count on the unprecedented possibility in Brazil of paying the condominium with a credit card.

Condominium administrators using Superlógica's management solution will be able to offer condominium owners the possibility of paying the condominium fee via credit card. To do this, they will make available an interface within the Superlógica system called the Condominium Area, where residents register their credit card data only once in a secure 100% environment. From this registration, subsequent recurring monthly fees are automatically charged.
