Eight startups will be part of Vetor AG, an acceleration program focused on the areas of construction and engineering recently created by Andrade Gutierrez. The goal is to attract projects to develop and test, in the field, technologies to reduce costs, labor and the duration of projects. Applications are open until February 16 (www.vetorag.com.br).

The construction company's expectation is to define, together with Next Consulting, the participants by March 10th. With the definition, the residency stage begins, that is, incubation and testing of pilot projects, estimated between the beginning of April and the end of August. The following month – September – the demonstration of the winning projects would take place.

The incubator will be in the São Paulo office and participation in the registration phase includes legal entities incorporated in Brazil or abroad and that are starting their activities. More importantly: whose investment focus is on innovative themes focused on the areas of services and products for civil construction, engineering and infrastructure, three universes defined as “construtech” by Andrade Gutierrez.

“Vector AG aims to identify and help implement agile solutions that can transform the sector, essential in this current scenario of accelerating change. This is yet another historic milestone for Andrade Gutierrez”, says Clorivaldo Bisinoto, CEO of Andrade Gutierrez Engenharia. For the CEO of Next Consulting, Anielle Guedes, Vetor AG was created thinking about the specific needs of a startup that works in the infrastructure and civil construction sector, which needs to test its solutions on a real scale and have technical mentorships to be able to scale.
