Company enters into an agreement with Prodabel to support and promote the training of more women for the Technology market 

Squadra Tecnologia, a Brazilian company specializing in the provision of information and communication technology services and solutions, announces a continuing education initiative for participants in Programando Sonhos (Delas), developed by the Municipality of Belo Horizonte (MG), through Prodabel, a company information technology and government information. In order to train socially vulnerable women in software development, the project will be carried out in the first half of 2020, with the participation of company employees.

In this way, Squadra Tecnologia will act directly in support of the training of women, with guidance aimed at the market of developing solutions for Information Technology, in addition to addressing behavioral needs, completing the process of preparing for job opportunities. “Women's participation in the IT area has been discussed all over the world, and actions such as Programando Sonhos (Delas) are extremely valuable for the market and for society. We are proud to participate and we are looking for great results in this project”, says André Cioffi, CEO of Squadra Tecnologia. “It is part of our DNA to work for the development of people, fighting to expand diversity and social inclusion in the IT area”, he continues.

According to Adriano Ventura, Director of Digital Inclusion at Prodabel, the project aimed to offer opportunities and enable women's participation in the technology scene, supporting the social inclusion of women of all ages in companies of the most varied sizes and segments. “Technology is, without a doubt, a vital component to help integrate people in today's world, and an opportunity to contribute to the social development of many families and young talents in our region. With the support of Squadra Tecnologia, we want to take a new step towards the insertion of these women in the market, showing how practical experience in the IT sector is”, she says.
