Even with the pandemic, the company hired 472 professionals in the first half of 2020

The job market for technology is one of those that has remained buoyant during the Covid-19 pandemic. And this is reflected in the vacancies offered by the sector which, according to the Brazilian Association of Technology Companies (Brasscom), should hire more than 300 thousand people in the coming years.

Proof of this is SONDA, the largest IT services company in Latin America, which opened 108 opportunities in several Brazilian states, mainly in the cities of Brasília (DF), Fortaleza (CE), Rio de Janeiro (RJ) and São Paulo ( SP), where the company's offices with the largest number of people are located.

All opportunities are under the CLT regime and are extended to persons with disabilities (PCD). Among the benefits are meal vouchers, transportation vouchers, health plan, dental plan and life insurance.

Most positions are aimed at projects aimed at the public sector, but there are also opportunities in IT projects for the Utilities, Aviation and Oil & Gas segments.

The available positions cover different levels of technology specialization, from support technician to developer. There are offers, for example, for support technician, mobile developer, system analyst, Java and Fullstack developer and database administrator.

In the first half of 2020 alone, SONDA hired 472 people across the country. According to Gisele Scalo, SONDA's Human Resources director, “the professionals participate directly in challenging projects, offering services to the largest companies in the country.
