Offer offers complete IT infrastructure including devices, support, application layers and artificial intelligence

SONDA, a Latin American technology solutions and services company, has expanded the boundaries of Digital Workplace by providing the market with an integrated solution with all the technology needs of a work environment, the Workplace as a Service (WaaS). The offer offers companies the entire IT infrastructure, devices, support, application layers and artificial intelligence, in a contract-as-a-service model.

The service can be implemented in companies from different segments such as offices, retail chains, hospitals and industries and brings a series of fiscal and operational advantages for companies that are starting or expanding.

“In addition to the proposal to facilitate IT management, the investment can be equalized as the business grows. Thus, the company will always have up-to-date technology, with high availability of services and without losing cost optimization”, says Richard Carnelossi, director of the SONDA business unit.

In this offering, the company plans to shape the solution as per demand. As a result, WaaS has a direct impact on reducing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), on the initial investment and reduces the need to immobilize assets, in addition to facilitating the sustainable disposal of equipment.

The development of this unprecedented service in Brazil was only possible because of the company's broad IT portfolio, which ranges from traditional offers such as network, telephony and service desk, to ERP and CRM applications, cloud solutions, managed devices, cybersecurity, IoT and artificial intelligence. In addition, SONDA has a series of partners from the most different segments that help in the delivery of a complete and quality offer, such as Cisco, HPE, Dell, HP, Microsoft, Lexmark, Ricoh, HP, Apple, Lenovo, SAP, Samsung and SAS.

SONDA was already operating in the as-a-service model, before integrating the offerings into a single solution. The company has one of the largest printing outsourcing contracts in the country, with Caixa Econômica Federal, and manages more than 75,000 devices across the country, serving more than 300,000 people in all Brazilian states.

“We understand the difficulty that a company has to expand or migrate its work environment, providing the IT and services necessary to maintain productivity. Regardless of the demand (devices, cloud, infrastructure, software or support), SONDA carries out this work and the company can focus on what it does best: taking care of its business” completes Carnelossi.
