According to the Federal Accounting Council, there are currently 491,000 registered professionals in Brazil and 82,000 active accounting firms. Accounting professionals have a routine with many tasks, processes and notes. In many cases, many of these activities are not delivered on time. Faced with this challenge, Sérgio Contente, creator of the project and founder of Contmatic Phoenix, a reference company in the supply of accounting and management software (ERP) in the State of São Paulo, has just created Robomatic, an innovative software in Brazil, capable of managing and perform numerous daily tasks of accounting offices.
 
Developed based on GANTT charts, and with a super pleasant layout for the user, Robomatic has arrived to manage, plan, analyze, distribute and monitor all the operations of an accounting office, performing several tasks automatically, even during off-hours. working hours, overnight or on weekends, as planned and requested by the user. In addition to planning processes on a daily, weekly and even annual basis, Robomatic has enough intelligence to use the office's statistical data, making adjustments to processes, launching them in the following period so that the processing of these companies can be performed again.
 
Sergio Contente points out that the robot will increase the efficiency of offices and will have an important impact on the quality of processes, which is extremely important for obtaining ISO 9001 certification. Routine digitization will make the data more accurate, preventing possible failures. With Robomatic, employees will be able to dedicate themselves to more strategic tasks, as the software will be responsible for the most routine activities. In addition, Robomatic may be suitable to work by type of company, so the software will know exactly which activities are performed according to each client's field of activity, that is, routines of companies such as industries, commerce, services will serve as models so that the system can execute correct operations, without missing any deadlines.
 
Sérgio Contente, also highlights that among the Robomatic routines are the File Identification that will be carried out automatically by the tool, that is, when receiving a file from a certain customer, Robomatic identifies the type, company, period, and which the file type is being received by the office, after that, the system communicates the user about the receipt so that this data is imported into Phoenix Line systems. And to help users, Robomatic will make available on the main screen of each system the activity schedule, pointing out all the tasks of the day. This schedule will be updated by Robomatic itself once operations are completed.
 
The Office manager will be able to monitor the activities of his office from a distance, accessing the internet from any mobile device, becoming independent even when away from his company. With all this, Robomatic will also calculate the costs of each client, thus, it will be easier for the accounting office to know if the client in question is making a profit or a loss for the business.
