New community, contact center platform and solution
for the automotive industry are among the novelties

Apama Community Edition, Software AG's new platform, comes to market with the free version of Apama Streaming Analytics, which allows developers to download software, build and deploy streaming analytics applications. Apama Community Edition contains most of the features and attributes of the Premium version and allows developers to control small-scale projects and applications.

Along with the release of Apama Community Edition, Software AG also started a new online community for customers, prospects and users to interact and engage. The Apama team will share their experiences on best practices and tips in support and development of the platform over the years, as well as ways to solve recurring business problems from within the software. The new community can be accessed at http://www.apamacommunity.com/.

Apama is the industry-leading platform for streaming analytics, enabling rapid analysis of large amounts of data and intelligent, automated decision-making. It combines event processing, messaging services, administration and in-memory data visualization, in addition to being a platform for easy management of large volumes of data, which transforms insights into actions.

omni-channel solution

Sonda IT is committed to the launch of an omni-channel communication solution in the cloud computing mode, aimed mainly at Contact Centers and customer service (SAC) of all sizes. Called Sonda Converge, it is an agnostic platform for unified management of processes with features designed to connect and improve customer experiences through multiple channels, including voice, web, email, social networks, SMS, chat and fax. The offer's differential is the integration of different tools and everything available in the cloud, which means affordable costs and flexibility to scale the contracted services according to the business demand.

The Software as a Service (SaaS) model gives the company the opportunity to access a complete solution without facing the complexity and costs inherent to an in-house implementation, as all applications are hosted in Sonda IT's private data center, which owns the highest level of security certification. This means exchanging high upfront investments for pay-as-you-go, i.e. migrating from Capex to Opex.
Sonda's objective is to combine multimodality, orchestration and management of the omni-channel journey, providing Contact Center best practices to generate positive customer experiences and good results for the company's business, which pays as a service and according to use. “In this modality, in addition to cost reduction, companies improve their productivity, gain flexibility to expand or reduce the use of Contact Center solutions, and still have guaranteed simplification in access to new communication technologies”, explains Fernando Santos, manager of Sonda Collaboration products.
