Softline, a global IT services and solutions company, announces the signing of the acquisition agreement for Compusoftware Solutions & Reseller, one of the main Brazilian companies for licensing corporate software and infrastructure services. The agreement strengthens the performance of Compusoftware, since the company joins a global IT group, while expanding Softline's presence in the country. The agreement creates one of the largest IT companies in Latin America, with expected turnover of plus US$ 150 million in the region for fiscal year 2015/2016. In the country, the goal of the new company, which changes its name to Softline Brasil, is to increase sales between 10% and 20% next year.
 
“The acquisition positions Brazil as the main Softline market in Latin America, with more than double the second-place revenue, Argentina”, explains Gustavo Capart, Sales, Marketing and LATAM Services Director at Softline. The acquisition is part of Softline's global strategy, since Latin America is a focus region, along with Russia, Southeast Asia and Eastern Europe. “The acquisition will allow a significant expansion of our business in the Microsoft world, a specialty of Compusoftware, which in the last three years has doubled its revenue and received several awards on this platform. This movement brings us even closer to our main objective, which is to become a 'blue chip' for those who invest in the BRICS ”, says Igor Borovikov, founder and chairman of the Softline Group.

Compusoftware was created in 1992 and incorporated in 2011 by Globalweb Corp, one of the largest IT conglomerates in the country. The company offers licensing options to large, medium and small corporations and has more than 500 customers. In fiscal year 2015/2016, the company's turnover is expected to be US$ 60 million. 
 
A company based in Russia, Softline has more than 20 years of experience in the global market and is present in 81 cities, in 27 countries. The company announced its arrival in Brazil in 2014. In the fiscal year, the Softline Group is expected to reach more than US$ 700 million in revenues worldwide.
