The combination of document management and electronic signature tools makes it possible for organizations to advance in their digital transformation journey

SoftExpert, a global provider of solutions for management excellence, and DocuSign, a world reference in electronic signature management, announce a strategic partnership to help companies in Latin America accelerate their digital transformation, offering integrated solutions to simplify end-to-end processes processes involving document signing.

With the integration between SoftExpert ECM – a tool for managing corporate content and DocuSign eSignature – an electronic signature platform, SoftExpert customers now have the ability to sign documents such as contracts, agreements and purchase orders directly in the system, without having to need to print or scan physical copies.

For the Vice President of the DocuSign Group for Latin America, Gustavo Brant, the alliance strengthens the organization's partnership ecosystem. “In addition to complementing our offer portfolio, delivering added value to the customer, the expectation is to further expand our business, providing integrated solutions for companies seeking to advance in the digital transformation process”, he declares.

In practice, documents managed in SoftExpert Suite can be signed with eSignatures during the review flow. The user receives an email notification with a secure link to access the document. Then just review and e-sign in DocuSign. Once all users in the flow have signed, the completed document is automatically saved in the suite, where it will be controlled and available for consultation.

SoftExpert's channel manager, Marcio Willwock, highlights the importance of the strategic partnership for SoftExpert, especially with the need for accelerated transformation of processes in recent years. "The concept of paperless it was a topic that was not on the agenda in many organizations, especially the more conservative ones, and it became indispensable with the pandemic. Having a solution, from a company that is a market player, integrated with our software, and that meets the needs of our customers internationally is formidable and will bring many business opportunities”, he points out.

Together, the organizations have a wide market to be explored, especially with organizations looking for new ways to continue the business, accelerate results, reduce costs and, consequently, improve customer satisfaction. DocuSign, which reached the milestone of 1 million customers in 2021, will invest US$ 280 million in innovation to maintain leadership in the digital signature market. SoftExpert, operating in more than 50 countries, forecasts a growth of 70% in software exports in 2022.

The new alliance reinforces SoftExpert's strategy of global operations with local service and the company already has around 300 partners on all continents.
