Global turnover exceeds R$100 million and international revenue hits record as it reaches 90% growth
SoftExpert, a provider of solutions for integrated management of compliance, innovation and digital transformation, closed 2021 with a global turnover above R$ 100 million, which represents a growth of 30% in revenue compared to the previous year.
The good result is due to the increase in the market share of SoftExpert's suite of solutions in several verticals and territories, in addition to the growth in recurring sales of products and services in the portfolio of clients already served.
With the strategy of driving digital transformation in organizations, SoftExpert strengthened important fronts in 2021, such as meeting demands for digitization of processes and operations, elimination of paper with the circulation and signature of digital 100% documents, integration of the network of suppliers and customers through interactive portals, and the management of teams and tasks with agile and collaborative methods.

The international operations, increasingly consolidated as the company's growth engine, also recorded a 90% growth in revenue, with emphasis on the number of new accounts abroad: 50% of the total number of acquired customers.
SoftExpert's CEO, Ricardo Lepper, highlights some initiatives that helped boost the organization's representation in the international market. “Both the formation of teams with native professionals in the countries where we operate, for the insertion of the local culture, as well as the improvement of digital campaigns, focusing on the segments and characteristics of each region, have been essential for us to achieve the objectives of sustainability and consolidation of operations. international”, he points out.
Among the more than 200 new SoftExpert customers in 2021 are Bridgestone and Grupo Nueva Pescanova, in Spain, TE Connectivity and Wika, in the United States, Compagnie Ivoirienne d'Electricité, in Ivory Coast, Gedore, in South Africa, Grupo Idesa , in Mexico and Metamorphic Sourcing Solutions, in India, as well as Natura, Sementes Jotabasso and Special Dog in Brazil.
In 2022, the expectation is to maintain investments aimed at expanding international operations, in addition to expanding the network of channels directly with subsidiaries.
Hiring
The positive results reflected in the hiring. From January to December 2021, the company increased its staff in 20%, with more than 110 new hires. Currently the company, which has 11 units around the world, has 436 employees and the expectation is to reach the mark of 500 employees in 2022.
Expectations for 2022
Also according to Lepper, in order to continue expanding its business, the company intends to improve the architecture of SoftExpert solutions to meet increasingly customized corporate demands in global companies and, at the same time, simplify as much as possible the experience of using the software, as a service for small demands and organizations.
As sectors of the economy, as well as departments in the same organization, face different regulatory requirements and particular needs, SoftExpert has been robotizing these intelligences of each business to deliver a single customizable and reusable solution for specific demands. Repeating the 2021 formula, investments in market trends such as ESG (Environmental, social and corporate governance) and ESM (Enterprise Service Management) are part of SoftExpert's plans for 2022.
