The Company won 77 new customers abroad in 2019, as a result of investment in its own units and new international partnerships

SoftExpert, a provider of software and services for automation and improvement of business processes, regulatory compliance and corporate governance, is accelerating investments in the international market. In 2019, the company has already conquered 77 new customers abroad and with the opening of new business units in Spain, England, Italy and France, it expects to conquer more than 120 new customers outside Brazil in 2020.

Among the major customers already won are the Japanese Yorozu Automotive unit in the United States; the Pfizer operation in Colombia; Polish Selena's operation in Spain; Veolia Water Technologies in Canada; automotive parts supplier Penne, in Belgium; and Teknorot in Turkey, Europe's largest manufacturer of suspension and steering parts for passenger cars.

“SoftExpert's globalization strategy was a bet started a few years ago, with the aim of accelerating the company's growth and not being dependent on just one market” explains Ricardo Lepper, founder and CEO of SoftExpert.

In addition to the direct operations already consolidated in Brazil, LATAM and the United States, the company is investing in the establishment of a series of new units of its own in other continents around the world, in addition to having a vast network of global and regional commercial partners, from in order to expand the reach of its operations in different market niches.

We are a 100% Brazilian company manufacturing state-of-the-art technology to improve processes and help organizations around the world in the search for excellence in the operation and management of their businesses”, says Lepper.

In addition to its own units and a network of specialized partners, strategic alliances are also being signed with leading global companies in various market niches. As an example, SoftExpert entered into a partnership with Kodak Alaris, a company with a global presence and leader in the production of scanners and solutions for document capture, which incorporated SoftExpert's solutions to enrich the added value of its offerings.

Another example was the partnership established with Baker Tilly, a global company with a strong presence in the compliance and corporate governance segments, which entered into an alliance with SoftExpert to increase its GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) offerings initially in the units in Mexico. , Colombia, Dominican Republic and Chile.
