With six units opened in the first half of 2024, the company launches a pioneering business model, in which franchisees can earn an average of R$180 thousand per year with an initial investment of R$ 58 thousand and payback of 18 months

Skyone, a unified platform to simplify routine and enhance business productivity, announces a new distribution channel for products and services, the project 'Skyone Franchises'. Establishing a model that is still unprecedented in the sector and with the aim of increasing geographic coverage and penetration in specific markets, the company aims to implement 25 franchises by the end of 2024, with 6 contracts already closed so far in the cities of Fortaleza (CE ), Maringá (PR), Maceió (AL), Salvador (BA), Taubaté (SP) and São Paulo (SP), in the north and south zones of the city.

Today, in Brazil, we find a huge variety of traditional software franchises, reflecting the need for companies to digitize their operations. However, recent studies indicate that demand is shifting towards advanced technological solutions. It was precisely by recognizing this new need and, at the same time, a vast entrepreneurial opportunity among the 1.5 million IT professionals working in the Brazilian market that the Skyone franchise emerged. The initiative aims not only at the company's geographic expansion, but also at boosting the sector and encouraging entrepreneurship in Brazil, which often suffers from a lack of stimulus.

Unlike software franchises, the project's innovative approach redefines boundaries by bringing technology franchises with a focus on cloud computing, data and cybersecurity. And the pioneering scale-up does this by offering a unique combination: sharing its expertise and the Skyone platform for entrepreneurs who want to enter this universe without the need for a technical team.

“The opening of six franchises in the first half of 2024 represents an important milestone in our expansion strategy, consolidating our position as pioneers in the franchising model with Cloud Computing, Data and Cybersecurity products”, highlights Robson Del Fiol, Director of Skyone Channels and Franchises. “The launch of this project, which mainly aims to expand our coverage area with regional franchises, reinforces our commitment to being leaders in providing technological solutions to simplify routine and enhance business productivity through a single platform”, adds the executive.

Skyone franchise models

The project presents three formats, called “Skyone Franchise” at levels I, II and III, through which franchisees, ranging from individual companies to previously established companies, can offer customers up to 21 products and services present on the franchisor's platform. .

Investment values start from R$ 58 thousand and have an average annual revenue from R$ 180 thousand, with an average profitability between 30% and 50% and a payback of 12 to 18 months.

Key points of this model include the delimitation of territories for each franchise, rapid implementation (in just 30 days) and the estimated generation of three indirect jobs per unit, reaching around 75 new jobs in the first 12 months.

The project was meticulously designed by professionals with expertise in the market, combining Skyone's internal knowledge with the collaboration of experts from Praxis Business, aiming to ensure a smooth and successful transition to this new business channel. Furthermore, the company has a presence in the membership base of ABF – Brazilian Franchising Association, which guarantees compliance with the association's guidelines.

“Skyone is launching a new sales channel based on the franchise model, taking advantage of its consolidated experience and excellent products. With a focus on regional entrepreneurship and a strong culture of partnership, the company foresees great success for this initiative. Franchising in Brazil, being the 4th largest in the world, gains an innovative addition with Skyone.” comments Adir Ribeiro, CEO of Praxis Business.
