Through the Integra.Sky solution, Thompson expects to gain productivity in the implementation of new integrations and process optimization

Sky.One, a company specialized in the development of technological platforms for the digital evolution of companies, has just signed a strategic partnership with Thompson Technology, a business division of Thompson Management Horizons, a 28-year-old management consulting firm. The alliance aims to solve the system integration challenges of Thompson and its customers, through the Integra.Sky, Sky.One's iPaaS solution that aims to facilitate the development and management of all necessary system integrations in any type of environment, be it in a cloud or location.

In the market since 1994, Thompson currently has, in addition to Consulting and Technology, three other business divisions, and develops projects for the implementation of Shared Service Centers, Strategic Planning, Zero-Based Budgeting, among others. Thompson's Project Manager, Matias Ferreira, points out that during the project construction process, he detected the need to implement new technologies to optimize processes. “we seek to simplify processes and one of the consequences of this is the need to integrate our workflow tool, w-TMH with existing systems at the customers, and this has always been a great difficulty, when we incorporate Integra.Sky into w-TMH, we will have great ease of doing this work,” he says.

The growth of the technology market made Thompson seek to accelerate its digital transformation to better serve its customers, at which time it saw Sky.One as a great opportunity. “We reached Sky.One through a referral and identified that Integra.Sky was the most suitable digital platform to run w-TMH and other systems on the market. We realized that the use of Sky.One's iPaaS would bring us many gains, such as productivity in the implementation of new integrations, reduction of complexity with the use of a low code and the optimization of the process as a whole, as we were able to eliminate many steps that become unnecessary”, he points out.

According to Ferreira, Integra.Sky still uncomplicates, facilitates and offers traceability of all connected systems. This allows the IT manager to act effectively and in compliance with the requirements of the LGPD (General Data Protection Law), in addition to reducing the risks of cyber attacks.

Sky.One, in turn, also proposed a partnership with Thompson regarding the consultancy, according to the Head of Sales and Marketing of the Integra.Sky division, Robson Del Fiol. “Many times our customers want customizations, alterations or changes in their ERP's, but they don't evaluate if this is really necessary. This is precisely the core business from Thompson, which has extensive experience and experience in industries in various segments such as automotive, health, education, chemical, among others. We understand that by joining forces, we could offer a complete experience to our integration customers, proposing a quality consultancy”, concludes Del Fiol.
