Thiago Saldanha and Leo Monte, Sinqia's new executives

Sinqia, a technology company for financial services, carried out a subsequent share offering, in which it raised R$ 362 million. The investment marks the beginning of a new growth cycle for the company and the continuity of the acquisition strategy.

In addition to the successful follow-on, Sinqia also announces the arrival of two new executives to compose its management body: Thiago Saldanha and Leo Monte join the team as CTO and CMO, respectively. The hiring aims to further boost the company's innovation and results, which will experience a new stage of accelerated organic and inorganic development.

"After the exponential success achieved in recent years, Sinqia is building the pillars to reach a new phase of growth, even faster", explains Luciano Camargo, vice president and co-founder of Sinqia. "Saldanha and Leo are born leaders, who manage to combine a disruptive and entrepreneurial vision of business. Their expertise will make Sinqia even more positioned as the ideal partner for the era of digital banks", adds Camargo.

With around 20 years of experience in the technology market, Thiago Saldanha will take over the development of software platforms, with the aim of implementing new solutions that increase productivity and product quality. It will also lead a process of digital transformation and innovation in the operation. "I intend to bring a startup mindset to Sinqia, with software that provides personalized and even more agile services", comments the executive.

Leo Monte, who has just returned from Silicon Valley and has worked in large companies and startups, will be at the head of Marketing and Innovation. "Sinqia is a company that follows changes and constantly challenges itself to look at the business and the market with a differentiated vision, in order to deliver the best products. We are prepared to always be one step ahead, supporting the financial market with technology and innovation for large companies and also for fintechs", comments Léo.
