The objective of the challenge, which can be faced by anyone over 21 years of age, is to encourage innovations that contribute to solving major global problems. In this edition, the theme will be “Education for the 21st Century” and projects must meet one or more of the four axes: Access to Education (distance education with or without the use of technology); Education for Social Emotional Skills (creativity, empathy, problem solving, entrepreneurship, etc.); Project-Based Education (PBL, gamified, transdisciplinary, etc.) and Environmental Education.

The author of the winning project will gain the opportunity to participate free of charge in the Singularity University Global Solutions Program (GSP) in the United States. Two other projects among the finalists will be awarded with invitations to participate in the Singularity University Summit, which will take place in Rio de Janeiro in October this year.

Upon returning from the GSP, the winner will also be supported by SU's network of alumni and mentors to develop their initiative. The remaining finalists will also benefit from having access to a group of mentors and mentors during the initial phase of their projects. Proposals will be evaluated by a jury composed of representatives from Singularity University and Mkt4Edu (organizer of the challenge in Brazil), as well as representatives of entrepreneurship, innovation and the national business community. Universidade Positivo will appoint a representative to be part of the jury.
