ABES ANGELS BY ANJOS DO BRASIL

Anjos do Brasil, in collaboration with ABES, launched the “ABES Angels by Anjos do Brasil” program, exclusive for members of ABES associates (employees and representatives). DISPUTE RESOLUTION CENTER OF THE BRAZILIAN INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ASSOCIATION (CSD-ABPI)

It is aimed at controlling and managing alternative dispute resolution procedures, including those relating to Internet Domain Names. It offers extrajudicial mechanisms to resolve conflicts related to intellectual property rights, digital law, innovation, technology and now, also, disputes involving software. These mechanisms include Mediting, Arbitration it's the Dispute Resolution System.

The agreement between the ABES and the Dome offers members a special plan for using the Domo Platform Experience.
