Global research by Experian shows that Brazil is one of the regions that should lead investments in Generative AI next year, among the countries surveyed

Increasingly on the rise in the technology market, especially in Brazil, as shown by research carried out by Experian, Artificial Intelligence can be an important ally for SMEs. With the help of AI, entrepreneurs can adapt their cash flow so as not to miss opportunities and optimize resources, since technology can perform jobs and tasks in an optimized way. 

This is the case, for example, of generating images for advertising and content on the website or social media, creating texts using commands to generate campaign content, marketing emails and social networks and strategic planning of campaigns, from data analysis to the planning phase.

Such data shows the growing use and advantages of its adoption”, says the vice president of small and medium-sized companies at Serasa Experian.

· Prompt: is an instruction given to the artificial intelligence system so that it does what it needs to do, such as the texts or images mentioned above;

· Input: is the data provided to the AI system. for processing;

· Output: result produced by the system

· Algorithm: sequence of instructions programmed to perform a specific task, in AI., algorithms are used to process the input data and reach the output;

· Machine Learning: data analysis method that improves a system’s abilities without the need for programming;

· ChatBot: is a program designed to provide assistance to a company's customers in an automated way and that can use artificial intelligence to understand, interpret and produce human language. 

Finally, for SMEs looking to adopt AI tools. It is important to keep four essential precautions in mind. The first is false information, before using any content generated by artificial intelligence, check that all information is correct. The second point is plagiarism since A.I. is based on existing content, therefore, careful review is essential. Data leaks are also a concern and therefore, the advice is not to use sensitive or personal customer data in prompts. And the last point is early withdrawal due to the first results being lower than expected. This technology needs to be shaped, that is, the more you use it, the more you understand how it works and the better the results.
