Serasa Experian and Gerando Falcões offer a scholarship

Serasa Experian, in partnership with Gerando Falcões, is providing 316 free 100% scholarships to low-income young people aged between 18 and 29 who want to enter the technology and data market. To the Applications started on August 21st. and run until September 15, 2023, with vacancies reserved exclusively for residents of favelas in the indicated city, who are studying or have completed high school in a public institution or in private with a scholarship.

In this round of the project, three regions will be covered: the city of Belém, in Pará, will receive 100 scholarships; in Fortaleza, Ceará, 96 scholarships will be offered; and in the region of Florianópolis, in Santa Catarina, 120 scholarships. Interested parties may apply via the website. www.serasaexperian.com.br/transformese and those who participate in the program will receive a monthly allowance of R$ 500.

The program will be face-to-face, taught at a Senac unit belonging to each region and will last 260 hours divided into two phases, covering basic computing, programming logic and systems programming. In addition, the selected young candidates will have career mentoring with Serasa Experian professionals, personalized social and pedagogical support, Senac certification at the end of the course and support for entering the market.

How will Transform Yourself work?

• Free scholarship 100% to study with the Senac methodology.
• Hours: up to 260 hours, from 1 to 6 months of face-to-face classes (depending on location) in the afternoon or evening.
• In Pará, it will be held in the city of Belém, at Senac – Rua Aristides Lobo, 1058. Neighborhood: Reduto. (Corner with Rua Benjamin Constant) – CEP: 66017-010.
• In Ceará, it will be held in the city of Fortaleza, at Senac – Av. Tristão Gonçalves, 1245 – Centro – Fortaleza – CE – CEP: 60015-000.
• In Santa Catarina, it will be taught in the city of Florianópolis, at Senac – Rua Silva Jardim, 360 – Centro – CEP: 88020-200.
• The first module will address topics on Basic Computing and Programming Logic with a duration of 60 hours. The second will focus on Systems Programming, lasting 200 hours.
• Mentorship with professionals from Serasa Experian.
• Scholarship for students of up to R$ 500 per month.
• Individualized social and pedagogical support.
• There will be 316 grants in total, 120 for Santa Catarina, 96 for Ceará and 100 for Pará. registrations they will be open until the 15th of September and classes will start on the 23rd of October.
