Serasa Experian launches its Trainee Program to select young talents in the areas of Business, Information Technology (IT), Human Resources, Legal, Sales, Finance and Data Strategy. Professionals who graduated between December 2014 and July 2016, who have advanced English and are interested in the mentioned areas, may apply. Up to 12 candidates will be selected.
 
The program will last 20 months and those approved will work at Serasa Experian's headquarters, in the city of São Paulo. Throughout the stages of the program, professionals will have contact with all areas of the company, in addition to participating in development actions such as mentoring and courses on, for example, innovation, project management and people leadership.
 
 “The idea is that, at the end of the process, the participants have extensive knowledge about Serasa Experian's business and are able to develop a successful career in the company”, says the director of Human Development at Serasa Experian, Guilherme Cavalieri.
