The initiative, which has already trained professionals in different regions of the country, brings new features to this edition. Now, in addition to studying IT and programming, students will have access to personal finance classes, “in this new season of the program, we are going beyond supporting inclusion in the job market. We want to encourage their prosperous future and financial health, which is why we offer the Personal Finance course. It is essential that our young people know how to make conscious use of their resources and, thus, be able to realize their dreams.”, comments the head of sustainability & ESG at Serasa Experian, Paulo Gustavo Gomes.
Furthermore, from this edition onwards, graduates will be able to join an extension of the course, maintaining contact with former students in order to create a community of continuous exchange. Within this platform, called Comunidade Transforme-se managed by Serasa Experian, job vacancies and content created by the company will be published on topics that are differentiating in the job market. The first of them explain the concepts of agile methodology and generative artificial intelligence.
Transforme-se, a Serasa Experian program, has Senac as its educational partner, in addition to the NGO Gerando Falcões, responsible for social assistance to young people. The project was created 2 years ago with the goal of developing people in socially vulnerable situations for the technology area. The project has already trained more than 1,000 students from all over Brazil and intends, by the first half of 2025, to accumulate 2,200 graduates. This is the 5th edition of the program, which will also take place in Brasília.
