 Serasa Experian, datatech, leader in intelligence solutions for analyzing risks and opportunities, focusing on credit journeys, authentication and fraud prevention, has open applications for the Jovem Aprendiz program. There are 50 vacancies distributed across the offices in São Paulo, São Carlos and Brasília, and anyone aged between 16 and 22 and who is currently studying or graduated from high school can participate. The selected people will work in the areas of Technology, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Legal, among others. “Our commitment is to offer support for the development of these young talents who are starting their careers and seeking opportunities in the job market to make their dreams come true. We want to provide an enriching experience for these professionals at the beginning of their careers to develop, providing knowledge in different areas of activity, sharing all our expertise and passion for people, data, technology and innovation”, declares the Director of Human Resources at Serasa Experian, Gabriela Ferreira. 

The workload will be defined directly with the manager and can be 4 hours, with remuneration of R$ 864, or 6 hours, with a stipend of R$ 1,295, in addition to benefits such as transport vouchers, meal vouchers, medical and dental assistance, life insurance and Gympass. In addition to the work routine, young people will have access to other activities such as training and mentoring. “We are committed to training participants for their day-to-day corporate routine, ensuring they have essential skills for the market. This includes skills such as teamwork, planning and communication. We recognize the importance of contact with colleagues from different areas and support from managers as fundamental elements in this learning process”, comments Gabriela Ferreira. 

The selected young people will begin their activities in the second half of February and the contract lasts 15 months.
