Aiming to drive business results through digital transformation and the use of artificial intelligence, Senior is launching Senior Flow — a new unit dedicated to consolidating specialized solutions for automating corporate processes.

More than 801,000 companies are expected to incorporate artificial intelligence to automate processes by the end of this year, according to consulting firm Gartner. Aware of this trend and a pioneer in the application of AI and generative AI in management systems in Brazil, Senior Sistemas—one of the country's largest software developers—is launching Senior Flow.

The platform emerges at a promising time, as the market is increasingly seeking to optimize processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity using artificial intelligence. Its purpose converges precisely in this direction: through automation and AI, eliminating manual work that compromises operational efficiency, freeing up more resources and time for people to make the most appropriate decisions.

Senior Flow stands out in the market for offering an agnostic hyperautomation platform that integrates productivity tools, artificial intelligence, and management systems, providing a unique and fluid journey for companies.

"We're excited about the evolution of automation tools and determined to lead this market. We've developed a low-code solution native to Senior's systems, with simple and efficient integration with other market management platforms. All of this is powered by artificial intelligence, which expands its possibilities and, naturally, improves results and ROI. The solution's versatility, combined with its ease of implementation, allows for rapid expansion to all areas of the company, with agility and lower costs," says Alencar Berwanger, Executive Director of IR and New Business at Senior Sistemas.

When implemented, Senior Flow tools can deliver operational efficiency gains of up to 60%. The portfolio includes automation solutions such as BPM, SIGN, GED, and CONNECT, a powerful systems integrator.

The new business unit represents a strategic advancement in the company's automation solutions, which already has more than half a billion processed data points, serving more than 1,500 medium and large companies across various sectors of the economy with this type of tool.

"Senior Flow incorporates AI capabilities that connect directly to business processes, accelerating the execution of tasks such as data enrichment and validation. More than just driving digital transformation, the tool accelerates operations, providing greater assertiveness and speed in decision-making. For example, in an integration between an e-commerce platform and an ERP, an AI agent can automatically analyze a customer's credit score upon registration and send this information to the ERP, eliminating the need for human intervention and expanding companies' automation and digital transformation," says Berwanger.

Innovation with a focus on productivity

Senior Flow solutions enable centralized task management from a single cockpit, creating automated workflows and connecting heterogeneous environments—making processes simpler and less frictional. "We developed Senior Flow with scalability, security, and governance in mind, offering integrated tools throughout the entire management system journey, facilitating the use and management of operations," highlights Rafael Liberato, Head of Business for the unit.

Business Process Management (BPM) automates workflows and optimizes business processes, providing greater control, cost reduction, and increased efficiency. Furthermore, it centralizes tasks and provides performance indicators for management and decision-making, also enabling the integration of processes with AI agents, which bring greater autonomy and agility to processes. In the last 12 months, nearly 5,000 processes have been automated, totaling over 12 million activities executed.

SIGN enables digital document signatures with facial recognition, ensuring legal authenticity and fraud protection. The solution registers over 2 million document signatures annually, reducing contract completion time by up to 80%.

GED helps companies in their file storage journey, providing security, compliance, and rigorous control of critical documents, such as contracts and employee records. For example, in real-life cases, Senior clients were able to save up to 12 million sheets of paper and approximately 6 million printer cartridges over a one-year period.

Finally, CONNECT enables agile integration between platforms on-premise or in the cloud (SaaS), offering real-time visibility and control over operations. "The solution includes active monitoring, which alerts customers to any incidents and promotes data and process governance through rigorous integration standards," explains Rafael Liberato, Head of Business at Senior Flow.

Additionally, CONNECT incorporates artificial intelligence agents into integration flows, increasing the agility and intelligence of processes.
