Senior Sistemas, a Brazilian multinational specialized in management technology, opens registrations for the new Young Apprentice class with affirmative vacancies for People with Disabilities (PWD). The young people's work may take place at the company's headquarters, located in Blumenau (SC) or at the company's units in Itu (interior of SP) and Aparecida de Goiânia (GO).

To participate, you must be at least 14 years old and be a person with a disability or rehabilitated from the INSS. Interested parties can apply until January 24th using the specific links for each vacancy, inserted at the end of this article. The new classes start in the first quarter of 2024. In total, there are more than 20 places available.

“If you are young and looking for an opportunity to start your career, follow us, as Senior has been investing more and more through our programs in training young people and these positive vacancies demonstrate our purpose of Empowering People”, explains Vanessa Rabe, Talent Acquisition Manager at Senior Sistemas.

Compensation & Benefits – Those selected will receive remuneration as determined by legislation in the Young Apprentice Law, in addition to flexible benefits from Wiipo, a fintech owned by Senior Sistemas.

The selection stages of PCD candidates will be carried out by the Senior Recruitment and Selection area. It is important to highlight that, upon being hired by a company as an apprentice, young people with disabilities will maintain their continued provision benefit, with the concomitant receipt of remuneration and benefit being limited to two years, as provided for in article 21-A, paragraph 2 of Law No. 8,742/1993.

The Young Apprentice is also part of Senior's strategy to develop people and provide opportunities for entry into the job market. The company has the GPTW seal as one of the Best Large Companies to work for in Brazil.
