Senior Sistemas opens 10 vacancies for the internship program in different areas of the organization in its headquarters

The vacancies are for work at the headquarters of the Brazilian multinational specializing in management technology, located in Blumenau, for the administrative, commercial, financial and marketing areas. Registration for participation in the selection process takes place until May 27th.

Always moving the job market, the Senior Systems, which already has a consolidated internship program for the Development area, GoDEV, is opening applications for new internship vacancies, with the aim of providing talent training for other sectors of the company. The interns will work at the headquarters, in Blumenau, in administrative, financial, commercial, marketing, internal communications, HR and Corporate University departments and others.

The internship program is an initiative by the company, through the Senior Systems Corporate University, to enhance the training of talents in various areas, with opportunities for professional development, through activities and processes, promoting, in addition to professional training, possibilities effective after the end of the contract. “We are investing more and more in our internship program, expanding opportunities for different areas of the company, in order to develop good professionals”, says Vanessa Rabe, Talent Acquisition Manager at Senior Systems. “We want to pursue this purpose: empowering people and being part of the training and professional trajectory of these future talents”, he adds.

Internship scholarships consider a 1-year cycle, with possibilities for employment in the areas of activity. To participate, as the hiring is in the form of an internship, it is necessary to have a link with a higher education institution until the end of the cycle (Dec/25), in the areas of study related to the available vacancies. All vacancies consider a 6-hour daily schedule, from Monday to Friday, in the format 10am to 12pm and 1:30pm to 5:30pm.

After the application period, those selected move on to other stages of the selection process, according to the areas planned, to receive new interns who should begin their work in July.
