First Starter Kit of the solution includes flows to the HR area
Senior, one of the main developers specialized in technology for management in the country, announces the launch of a series of Starter Kits for its Workflow solution, with the objective of serving small and medium-sized companies. The first Starter Kit to hit the market concentrates flows to the Human Resources area and acts directly on the decentralization of HR – an organization model that requires specific controls to simplify the flow of documents and communication with the leaders of the company and the area.
“The complete solution remains strong within our portfolio and the Starter Kit comes to facilitate the implementation in small and medium-sized companies, as well as to create bonds with customers from their first management automation needs”, says the Product Manager - Performance Senior Corporate, Gustavo Jota. “The idea is to serve companies that are starting their automation journey and are looking for traceability for certifications”, he adds. According to the executive, by the end of the year, the company should launch kits with flows of CRM and ERP solutions. “We use Lean, Design Thinking and Agile methodologies to build a flexible, customizable and scalable solution, focused on the needs of small and medium-sized companies. With this, the reduction in the time spent in certain processes can be up to 90%”, estimates Jota.
Workflow provides increased productivity and cost reduction, as well as more quality in the execution of processes. “To develop the Starters Kits, Senior used its experience and best market practices, in addition to studying the demands of the segment. We also intend to carry out a survey with both our customers and the market to understand these demands even better in order to launch customized kits from 2018 onwards”, says the executive.
