Senior, a company specialized in offering software for business management, people management, logistics, customer relations and access control, announced the launch of SAMSenior (Security Access Management Senior), a solution for Access Management and Security available entirely in the cloud and aimed at small and medium-sized companies. Marketed in the SaaS model (software as a service), the novelty operates in a multi-tenant architecture, allowing multiple companies/clients to share the same physical resources, but in an isolated way, which reduces costs. 
 
SAMSenior is offered 100% via the web and has support for mobile devices. In addition, it presents easy installation and automatic configuration, of the Plug and Play type, with native support for several hardware manufacturers. Another great differential is the centralization of information related to access control, alarms and CCTV – closed circuit television. In addition, it allows performing contingency operations when there is no connection to the cloud.
 
“With the SAMSenior solution in the cloud, customers benefit from shared use and gain scale of computing resources, which provides high availability of IT services, with complete privacy and security of a traditional environment (on premise). In this way, it allows cost reduction and increased security”, says Jonathan Medeiros, Access and Security Product Manager at Senior.
 
The solution has pre-configurations defined according to the customer's segment, such as industries, condominiums, schools, hospitals, etc. The system allows resources for registrations of different profiles, for granting access according to the degrees of permission, registration of groups with similar profiles and choice of credentials – when the person can identify himself in an access device by card, biometrics and /or password. It also has resources for auditing, which ensures the commitment to governance, risks and compliance.
